Fixed card spawning when many cards are unlocked/dealing now works correctly with a large unlocked pool.

Fixed a bug with how unlocked cards were handled during the first game; unlocking and appearance logic now works from the start.

Added a Credits section to the Settings menu on the main menu.

Sound effects are being worked on and will arrive in the next update.
